asm/serial.h is supposed to contain the definitions for the architecture specific 8250 ports for the 8250 driver. It may also define BASE_BAUD, but this is the base baud for the architecture specific ports _only_. Therefore, nothing other than the 8250 driver should be including this header file. In order to move towards this goal, here is a patch which removes some of the more obvious incorrect includes of the file. Historically plat_mem_setup did the entire platform initialization. This was rather impractical because it meant plat_mem_setup had to get away without any kind of memory allocator. To keep old code from breaking plat_setup was just renamed to plat_setup and a second platform initialization hook for anything else was introduced. Signed-off-by: NRalf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
