* Add display name for the "theme" plugin label

- Base link styles are used by default
- Dark links are added for now to footer links and sidebar

* Solves conflicts between components and new links

- Several component styles are involuntarily changed whith the hyperlink restyles. Some examples are unwanted font-weight updates.
