* Add functionality for turn signals Prior to this commit there was no turn signal functionality in the teleop demo. This commit adds that functionality. * Fix bug in turn signal command reset Prior to this commit there was a bug in the turn signal reset command. This commit fixes that issue. * Update with style changes Prior to this commit there were issues with style in the teleop code. This commit fixes those issues. * Lint fixes Had a couple lint issues which this resolves.

* Perception: enable lane tracking by history. Function OK, parameter tuning needed * Perception(In progress): lane post processor with history smooth * XPerception: enable lane history smooting for lane post processing * modify Dag config, move motion service to upper level of the DAG * perception: add mutex to motion service. Motion service now callback on image/localization. Support looping and waiting, sudden drop of frames, etc. * Perception: add different strategies to handle lane tracking, with callback on motion: (1)motion arrives earlier (2) motion later (3) motion not found. (4)motion drop (5) image drop. etc
