Not really sure what to do with UVs for remaining geometries - they are either quite arbitrary or anyways not working well so far. Also did some housekeeping for more geometry examples.

This fixes IcosahedronGeometry and OctahedronGeometry (IcosahedronGeometry does have messed up UVs at the seam though this was broken even before, in r49). Also made object rotation frame-rate independent in geometries example.

Displacement should be computed in object space (and shouldn't need scaling). Correct shadow casting still needs a custom depth material but at least shadow receiving should now work with displaced vertices.

- Path.js (esp. Arcs) is still confusing, but as of now - Ellipses should work - Path still uses "PATH.ACTIONS" - the internal curve representation doesn't seem to be used yet - Path.arc() uses .absarc() which uses .absellipse() - examples/webgl_geometry_shapes.html should run now

Big refactoring of BufferGeometry and CTMLoader: moved GL buffers initialization from loader into renderer, no more GL context dependency in loader. BufferGeometry lifecycle now starts to resemble more regular Geometry one. Also this new architecture should make it easier to add more attributes.

Added dynamic updating of BufferGeometry. Added BufferGeometry.applyMatrix. Added Matrix4.multiplyVector3Array. CTMLoader now keeps references to typed arrays used to initialize GL buffers. These are later on deleted in WebGLRenderer (by default, if BufferGeometry.dynamic flag is not set). Fixes #2166 (this commit should go to `unflipped` branch, it assumes straightforward UVs)
