Don't merge yet, still needs testing.

Displacement should be computed in object space (and shouldn't need scaling).

Correct shadow casting still needs a custom depth material but at least shadow receiving should now work with displaced vertices.

This makes it a bit more heavy but saves quite a few varyings, making it possible to handle more lights in ANGLE.

Changed LeePerry in CTM example to use normal map shader.

Big refactoring of BufferGeometry and CTMLoader: moved GL buffers initialization from loader into renderer, no more GL context dependency in loader.

BufferGeometry lifecycle now starts to resemble more regular Geometry one. Also this new architecture should make it easier to add more attributes.

Added dynamic updating of BufferGeometry. Added BufferGeometry.applyMatrix. Added Matrix4.multiplyVector3Array.

CTMLoader now keeps references to typed arrays used to initialize GL buffers. These are later on deleted in WebGLRenderer (by default, if BufferGeometry.dynamic flag is not set).

More examples resizing handling. Also fixed typo in flag name and cleaned whitespace in CombinedCamera.

Fixed TrackballControls, RollControls and PathControls not handling window resize. Commented out key event swallowing in FlyControl. Started to fix examples not dealing properly with 0 sized window on init.

Sorry @dmenne and @mrdoob, unfortunately this was causing more pains than it solved (#1986).

This interfered with very common use patterns on vanilla browser settings (e.g. page reloading or opening of console) while it helped just with a specific customized browser issue.

And it doesn't help to just call preventDefault on "consumed" events, as individual keys can be still part of multi-key hotkey combos (e.g. "R" is used both in FlyControls and "ctrl+R").

Now it's more like TrackballControls. This wheel zoom was too intensive finger action for me ;)

Using xhr.addEventListener instead of xhr.onreadystatechange. Changed 'complete' event to 'load' as native JavaScript.
