No two public key ASN.1 methods with the same pkey_id can be

for memset and memcpy.  Remove needless casts for those functions.

For a local variable:
        TYPE *p;
Allocations like this are "risky":
        p = OPENSSL_malloc(sizeof(TYPE));
if the type of p changes, and the malloc call isn't updated, you
could get memory corruption.  Instead do this:
        p = OPENSSL_malloc(sizeof(*p));
Also fixed a few memset() calls that I noticed while doing this.

Initialize fields correctly if pem_str or info are NULL in  EVP_PKEY_asn1_new().

with the appropriate parameters which calls OBJ_bsearch(). A compiler will
typically inline this.

This avoids the need for cmp_xxx variables and fixes unchecked const issues
