This patch removes the use of the IRQF_DISABLED flag
in arch/arm/include/asm/floppy.h

It's a NOOP since 2.6.35 and it will be removed one day.

Avoid the virt_to_bus()/bus_to_virt() warnings in floppy.c caused
by the (useless) double conversion to/from bus addresses.

The irgflags consolidation did conflict with the ARM to generic IRQ
conversion and was not applied for ARM. Fix it up.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
