In patch: "ARM: ux500: Enable 100MHz for SD/SDIO/MMC devices" the max frequency for the MMC/SD/SDIO adapters was increased from 50 to 100MHz. Do the same for the device tree boot path. Ux500 regulator name for V-INTCORE is misspelled as vinitcore instead of vintcore in some .dts file, causing the AB8500 regulator driver to not bind properly. The ab8500 device is a child of the prcmu device, which is a memory mapped bus device, whose children are addressable using physical memory addresses, not using mailboxes, so a mailbox number in the ab8500 node cannot be parsed by DT. Nothing uses this number, since it was only introduced as part of the failed attempt to clean up prcmu mailbox handling, and we can simply remove it. In an effort to move platform specific GPIO controlled regulators out from platform code we've created a new mechanism to specify them from within the MMCI driver using the supply name 'vmmc-ios'. For that to happen when booting device tree, we need to supply it in the MMCI (SDI) node. Signed-off-by: NLee Jones <lee.jones@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: NLinus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>

There are two main versions of the ST-Ericsson hardware reference board, each with subtle differences. These versions are described in current platform data as 'mop500' for HREF v1.1 & v2.0 and 'hrefv60+' for latter incarnations. However, the boards have much in common, so this patch creates a .dtsi (Device Tree Source Include) file which describes the similarities between the two boards and individual 'hrefprev60' and 'hrefv60plus' .dts files which depict the differences. Regulator supply names should be allocated by board rather than per SoC, as the same SoC could be wired differently on varying hardware. Here we push all regulator-name allocation out to the dbx5x0 subordinate board files; HREF and Snowball. This patch ensures the tc3589x and tc3598x-gpio devices are rightfully given interrupt controller status. We also describe the tc3598x-gpio GPIO expander in full and specify it as a GPIO controller. Finally we reference that the external MMC slot's Card Detection GPIO on the HREF is located on the tc3598x-gpio expander.
