driver inclusion category: feature bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I5Y79T ------------------------------------------------------------------- In the current implementation, we configure a fixed addressing level for the MTR. But in fact, the necessary addressing level is related to the page size and the size of the memory. This patch calculates the addressing level according to the page size and the size of the memory, and uses the addressing level to configure the MTR. It only works for PBL now. driver inclusion category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I5USIG ---------------------------------------------------------- Currently, the driver only uses max_send_sge to initialize sge num when creating_qp. So, in the sq inline scenario, the driver may not has enough sge to send data. For example, if max_send_sge is 16 and max_inline_data is 1024, the driver needs 1024/16=64 sge to send data. Therefore, the calculation method of sge num is modified to take the maximum value of max_send_sge and max_inline_data/16 to solve this problem. One solution is to store the qp_num that is not assigned to dip_idx in an array. When a dip_idx needs to be allocated to a new dgid, an spare qp_num is extracted and assigned to dip_idx. Direct wqe is a mechanism to fill wqe directly into the hardware. In the case of light load, the wqe will be filled into pcie bar space of the hardware, this will reduce one memory access operation and therefore reduce the latency. SIMD instructions allows cpu to write the 512 bits at one time to device memory, thus it can be used for posting direct wqe. Add direct wqe enable switch and address mapping.
