In order to measure the overhead of enclave launch time, add a new parameter regarding of memory size for skeleton. The larger the parameter value, the slower the enclave launch.

Note: ensure the contents (e.g, all zeros) of memory allocated according to the memory size parameter are measured by EEXTEND.
