      mem: opt dcache tag error check timing (#1461) · a469aa4b

      dcache.resp.bits.miss used to depend on tag_error, it causes severe
      timing problem. That dependence is now removed.
      
      Now when tag_error, we:
      
      * Set access fault bit in exception vec
      * Do not update miss queue. That is to say, if miss, that inst
      may not be refilled
      * Mark that inst as dataForwarded so it will not wait for refill
      * Report error to CSR and BEU
      
      If tag_error come with a miss, writeback taht inst from load
      queue. Otherwise, writeback it from load pipeline.

      * difftest: use DPI-C to refactor difftest
      
      In this commit, difftest is refactored with DPI-C calls.
      There're a few reasons:
      (1) From Verilator's manual, DPI-C calls should be more efficient than accessing from dut_ptr.
      (2) DPI-C is cross-platform (Verilator, VCS, ...)
      (3) difftest APIs are splited from emu.cpp to possibly support more backend platforms
      (NEMU, Spike, ...)
      
      The performance at this commit is quite slower than the original emu.
      Performance issues will be fixed later.

      Now, it should support multiple outstanding IO requests.
      There still exists one problem: will IO tilelink share path with memory
