tests for gem processor regexp get_version

revert namespacing in brakeman test oops

try new end of line regex match and refactor tests

update regexp and test to match \r\n or \n

add another test for matching short gem versions

make regexp match only dot seperated characters of any length

and a password literal

because it is masking some errors when the scanner has
not been loaded yet and bin/brakeman tries to rescue an
exception that has not been defined

should have been a test that the warning does _not_ appear.

closes #206 finally

and also -f should override detection

because they are already in test/tests/ and
test/tests/test_* just seems silly to me

should fix #331

it is the same as "end_time"

and add test for it so it won't happen again

and combine with YAML checks

which is not the default for the command line,
causing all sorts of annoyance.
