Tidy up http spacing

Makes error message more prominent

fixes for the build post-merge from master, though some of these fixes were probably needed pre-merge

removed unit tests for deprecated native contract actions

moved EOS transfers in the unit tests over to ABI serializer assisted methods (also in the tester library)

Removed stake from the newaccount tests and the corresponding abi tests

removed the benchmark command and several other now deprecated commands from eosioc

fixes for `eosioc` and matching the abi_serialized form of packed_transaction to the precedent set by action

add stat table to abi, add eosioc commands to query a specific/all balances/statistics for standard currencies

whoops!

renamed scope on action to account
added scopes to shard
fixed up scheduling and tests
fixed up eosioc

Some toolchains output binary WASM directly; it's nice to not need WASM->WAST translation before setting the contract via eosioc
