Also fix some awkward phrasing in existing documentation.

Working through the example contract section of the readme, I don't think the two uses of the word "contact" are correct.  It make more sense that they should read "contract" not "contact".  However, please review, as I am new to eos and perhaps the original author really meant "contact".

Updated build.sh with an optional input to specify install/build. updated readme.md to reflect this.
