[FIXED JENKINS-8334] use heuristics to detect test-mojos instead of relying on hard-coded plugin names

It breaks some already fixed issues like JENKINS-1557

of project with maven-failsafe-plugin

Do not inject testFailureIgnore to
maven-failsafe-plugin:integration-test because it doesn't exist and
causes an NPE with Maven2.
Only insert it for maven-failsafe-plugin:verify.

maven-failsafe-plugin deserves the same level of integration
as maven-surefire-plugin.

A failed IT should mark the build as unstable, not failed.

Now recognises test results created by the maven-soap-ui plugin

[FIXED JENKINS-11256] SurefireArchiver#result doesn't need to be serialized on each remote call. Fixes ConcurrentModificationExceptions in MavenFingerprinter

Earlier versions of the plugin (2.x and prior to 3.0.0-alpha6) do not produce
test reports and also do not accept the same configuration properties. Ignore
those earlier versions.
Also accept the new plugin name android-maven-plugin (changed to fit with
Maven plugin naming guidelines).

Do not store SurefireArchiver (which brings in its testResult) to MavenBuild. This wastes a lot of disk and memory.
