Refactor BaseDataSource and unified handling of JDBC resource releases. (#2184)

* Refactor BaseDataSource.isConnectable().

* Add BaseDataSource test.

* Unified handling of JDBC resource releases.

* Fix sonar check error.

* Remove useless logger.
