D-KIT: Update two configuration files of D-KIT (#11639)

* overwrite rtk mode's dag

* D-KIT: Add canbus.conf in configuration file set

* D-KIT: enable_chassis_detail_pub by default

* D-KIT: copy localization dag and canbus.conf
