Rename Ranking API codebase. Rename RankingUi module to RankingPluginUI. Move UI implementations to DesktopRanking.

Integrate Visualization Module. A Graph API has been created to export basic Node, Edge and Object3d interface, out of the box. The visualization module implement Object3dImpl and use it internally. The module prepares modularity by putting interface in api directory. Put AVL tree generic implementations in a separate module: Data Structure Utils. Create a JOGLWrapper library module.
