* Update build pipeline just before removal of Godeps

This is the first commit of a pair of commits. Sent out to make things easier to review.

* Stop using godeps and start using govendor

In the html template for the service list, some already translated
labels were just not referenced.

Additionally introduced a directive that can compile other kd-directives
nested in the i18n messages.

As deployments (and replica sets) are replacing the rc primitive, I thought of moving this manifest to deployments, too.

The `kind: list` thingy doesn't work here, as it has problems with using `extensions/v1beta1` so I used `---` to make a valid YAML list.

Other than that nothing has changed. The selector had to be slightly modified to include `matchLabels:`.

I've tested this already, and it works for me.

All `flex` attrs should be converted into `fles="auto"` for IE.
Otherwise columns are merged togheder.

Please test whether this breaks something on chrome or firefox

1. Make the link include namespace that is selected. We should use
`$state` for all links, anyway.
1. Increase padding to make the information more prominent.
1. Add info that in order to see something you can change namespace.

The issues were all around Safari. The logs toolbar didn't display pod name; now it displays.
