Show a '<Resource>List' for the creator of a pod on the pod detail page While a List might not be the perfect concept to show a property that always has one value it is in a way a link with rich info shown.

The issue was with different metrics downloaded in the list and in the graphs. The other problem was that "current usage" was off by 15 mins. Re #1346

* Adjust travis to push canary image on successful build * Build and push HEAD image on every build on master Also rename canary to head for images that we build. This name conveys better what we actually do. * Remove Google SDK reference from the travis config

This is a custom handler for the kubectl.kubernetes.io/last-applied-configuration annotation that you often see on your objects. This is v1 and the popup window requires some follow-up polish.

When working on multiple branches and introducing new files in one of them, the translation tokens stay in the messages for extraction folder and thus mess up your messages- files in other branches.

* Sanitize our access to $location.search().namespace * do the escaping on the display side. We are a bit lenient though this might still leak information if you provide a img ref the sanitizer does 'accept' it and thus the attacker can see that the target followed his link. Not sure if that would prevent further attacks. * Be even more strict, if it doesn't match something that could be a namespace, go to default namespace * add test case to show that nonsensical namespaces fallback to default * lint

margin-collapse CSS property). Some views had page-bottom margin, some not. This PR fixes the issue by introducing page-filled configuration framerowk. Pages that need to fill app content can configure it (logs view). Other pages will have any height and bottom margin of 4 baseline grids.

hyperkube.sh is started as part of the `gulp local-up-cluster` task. The script can fail for example if the docker daemon is not running. This failure was not reported to the user in anyway. By adding the -e flag we make sure that the script returns error code if any of the commands fail. A useful error message is also shown to the user in the example error case.
