Show a '<Resource>List' for the creator of a pod on the pod detail page

While a List might not be the perfect concept to show a property that always has one value it is in a way a link with rich info shown.

1. Now all resources display name, namespace, labels and annotations (if
the property is set)
2. Commonized and removed a lot of code.

Backend allows to download any metrics for specified resources.
Supports most resources, new resources easy to add. Can perform
automatic aggregation of the data.

Implemented GenericDataSelect which can select data of any resource
present in the KD

Any list composing of generic data cells can be sorted, paginated etc.
It means that it is very to manipulate list of resources.
