In next PR I plan to update Angular to 1.5 and compiler to a new
release. This is a cleanup that is prerequired to do this. There's a
bunch of small fixes here, like unused variables removal or documenting
with JSDoc.

This is in preparation for release. After we do this, incompatible
changes to the api will be forbidden.

Layout on deploy page

This is in preparation for brand-new CI setup where we run karma and
integration test against all major browsers (IE/FF/Chrome). With this
change the tests pass.

Added links for documentation, and renamed Replica Set to Replication Controller, revised tooltip texts

When there is no warning events and you change filter to Warning in ReplicaSet Detail page,
 "No events were found" message is displayed and filter form is not shown.

TODO that is left: format CPU usage. Now raw number is displayed.

* made the gap between header and cards 16px
* 8px or 16px padding on right and left sides of page (it feels wrong
  for cards to abut the edge)
* show tooltip for images only when needed
* link-out links open in new window
* logs menu has smaller font
* Use sentence capitalization for property labels, e.g. “Internal
  endpoint” vs “Internal Endpoint”
* change labels to `key: value`
* rewrite of delete replica set dialog to make it stylable

This also does:
* unify styles of port mappings and label inputs
* make label input not auto-delete rows that are empty - this is because
  I find such behavoir too aggresive (e.g., when you erase the text by
  hand you go to previous page when the row is being deleted)

This is a refactoring in preparation for allowing to enter
multiple port mappings.
