This is long, but mostly boiler plate. Please sync and check how it
works.

Added links for documentation, and renamed Replica Set to Replication Controller, revised tooltip texts

When there is no warning events and you change filter to Warning in ReplicaSet Detail page,
 "No events were found" message is displayed and filter form is not shown.

TODO that is left: format CPU usage. Now raw number is displayed.

* made the gap between header and cards 16px
* 8px or 16px padding on right and left sides of page (it feels wrong
  for cards to abut the edge)
* show tooltip for images only when needed
* link-out links open in new window
* logs menu has smaller font
* Use sentence capitalization for property labels, e.g. “Internal
  endpoint” vs “Internal Endpoint”
* change labels to `key: value`
* rewrite of delete replica set dialog to make it stylable

* Add more details: name & namespace, service name
* Refresh the view on replicas change
* Overall design refresh of the left menu

This is to be able to run when the application is rooted not at the
domain name. E.g.,
http://localhost:8080/api/v1/proxy/namespaces/kube-system/services/kubernetes-dashboard/#/replicasets

Also, make some changes to the api to allow for omiting specification of container.

Previously podst that weren't in the phase of success were displayed incorrecty in lots of places.

* make fonts larger (md-body instead of md-caption)
* use only color and sizes from variables.scss
* use less different colors
* simplify CSS rules

Please check out this change and compare to previous version.

Now raw data is gathered on the backend and rendered on the frontend.

Now variables are in variables.css in frontend directory. Previously they were in assets, which was wrong because it caused copy to production image.

They just have been recently added. It allows us to delete some code.

This change adds linter for styles to the project and updates all styles
to conform with the default set of rules.

This should help us maintain a little bit more consistency in our
styles.

Added check to prevent display of replica set list page when there are no replica sets.
