We'll not actively migrate everything, but this is a PR to set grounds
and precedence for others to refer to.

And removal of middleellipsis logic to make this all work. Previous
middleellipsis implementation didn'q quite like that we have menu
sliding from the left.

All `flex` attrs should be converted into `fles="auto"` for IE.
Otherwise columns are merged togheder.

Please test whether this breaks something on chrome or firefox

Now this directive works on window resize and on all pages (RC details
in particular).

This PR also fixes issues on details page which didn't handle small
screens correctly.

* made the gap between header and cards 16px

This is what gets checked in when you do `go get
k8s.io/kubernetes/pkg/client/unversioned` and then save it.

This change is mostly boilerplate for the two views and cleanup of test
code that has been laying around.
