用户可以在组的**"设置">"常规">"自定义项目模板"**下配置一个用作模板源的 GitLab 组.

**注意：** GitLab 管理员可以[为整个 GitLab 实例设置项目模板](../admin_area/custom_project_templates.html) .

在本部分中，您可以配置所有自定义项目模板的来源组. 如果用户有权访问组命名空间下的每个项目，则它们将对用户可用. 例如，组中的每个公共项目将对每个登录用户可用.

但是，仅当用户是项目成员时，私人项目才可用.

**注意：**只能将直接子组设置为模板源. 不能使用所选模板源的嵌套子组项目.
