components/external/SQLite-3.8.1/make/README

+这个目录用来生成sqlite3.c/.h和config.h
+如果你要重新生成，则先安装Tcl语言。
+然后备份config.h
+生成之后，参照现在的config.h来配置新生成的config.h文件。
+执行make就会重新生成。
+之后可以得到sqlite3.c/.h
+
+你也可以自己生成Makefile，注意先备份Makefile
+执行../configure就可以生成Makefile。
+--host参数用来指定编译器，更详细的参数我没有研究。要是你知道
+更详细的操作办法，可以完善这个文件。
+例如：../configure --host=arm-none-eabi
+之后生成的Makefile可以参照老版本的Makefile来修改。
