HashWithIndifferentAccess#update respects #to_hash

+*   `HashWithIndifferentAccess` better respects `#to_hash` on objects it's
+    given. In particular, `.new`, `#update`, `#merge`, `#replace` all accept
+    objects which respond to `#to_hash`, even if those objects are not Hashes
