Add 6 novel HiNAS models for image classification. These models are discovered by Baidu BDL Hierarchical Neural Architecture Search (HiNAS) project and achieving 96.1% accuracy on CIFAR-10 dataset. The architectures of the six models are quite different from existing models designed by human experts.
