(I had some conflicts before because I wrote on top of an earlier version of README.en.md.)

Some changes here: 'Properties' in real estate vs. properties as attributes can be really confusing in this example. Even though changing 'houses' to 'properties' is more idiomatic, I chose to avoid the confusion by making a note. Real estate sales usually refers to houses as 'homes', so I made that change as well. I have also changed all the attribute properties into 'attributes' or 'characteristics', because the word property in a real estate example would be distracting.

Some typos were fixed.

I only rewrote the technical bits that describe the model setup, not the general flow of the narrative.
