Provide a lower case executable 'visualdl' to keep the user experience consistent.

As DeQing points out.
Our executable is 'visualDL'. but the pip package is 'visualdl'. It is quite confusing actually.
I suggest that we create a symbolic link to support both 'visualDL' and 'visualdl' executable in next release. Once released, we should feel free to update the documentation.
