This pr

• add default fake data path, it will help users changing though.
• run the train and eval scripts on the single card when doing validating. when running on the multi-cards
  • Users have to manually calculate average metrics
  • Some diffs will occur and more unfriendly fleet codes have to implement
• fix configs chaos
