调整http://www.paddlepaddle.org/doc/source/index.html 的目录结构

• 去掉所有多余的页面链接：即将类似doc/source/cuda/matrix/index.html的链接变成doc/source/cuda/matrix.html。
• 修正一些目录分类和名称错误的情况
