Describe

This PR change boolean attribute "use_qunatizer" to "mkldnn_data_type" with type std::string. As a result, the changed attribute will inform on what data type operator should be run. Thanks to this, we don't have to add any new bfloat16-related attribute. Data types:

• float32
• int8
• bfloat16
