Describe

Enable transformation of data layout to mkldnn. Add copying of attributes because some GetKernelTypeForVar functions read attributes in MKLDNN mode, such as here: https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/Paddle/blob/develop/paddle/fluid/operators/conv_op.cc#L186-L209
