CUDNN_CONVOLUTION_BWD_DATA_ALGO_0 is not stable in compute transpose convolution, so if search algorithm find CUDNN_CONVOLUTION_BWD_DATA_ALGO_0 as compute algorithm, change it to CUDNN_CONVOLUTION_BWD_DATA_ALGO_1 manully.
