Build Docker images for release tags.

From this build history, it seems that we have only :latest Docker images build automatically by DockerHub.com, right? @reyoung
Given that we are now having releasing models and release tags, we can build Docker images for each release tag. I noticed an example setup here in DockerHub.com's help pages. An illustrative figure is as follows:
