A new collaborative platform: https://github.com/Cloud-CV/Fabrik , currently supporting Keras, Caffe, and Tensorflow.

The interface allows for collaborative model-making, and should be generally helpful for PaddlePaddle users.

It is unclear how much work is involved, but it is definitely a nice-to-have.
