For now, we have four product Docker image version: paddlepaddle/paddle:0.10.0rc2, paddlepaddle/paddle:0.10.0rc2-gpu ..., but does not have the latest tag, so how about change the name to paddlepaddle/paddle:0.10.0rc2, paddlepaddle/paddle-gpu:0.10.0rc2 ..., and with the latest tag is paddlepaddle/paddle:latest, paddlepaddle/paddle-gpu:latest
