In file python/paddle/fluid/tests/unittests/test_batch_norm_op.py , line 324 np.allclose(np.array(tensor), np_array, atol=atol) is not enough for checking close values. Because it will always pass. Should it be self.assertTrue(np.allclose(np.array(tensor), np_array, atol=atol), msg) ?
