This issue is to track & discuss process of modify integration to mkl-dnn 1.0 usage.

Justification

• Take adventage of bug fixes and new features eg. activations (GELU, SWISH) ongoing support to layer normalization
• Flexible scratchpad controled by user (promise to reduce memory footprint of mkl-dnn workloads)
• to sync with Ngraph which is to use mkl-dnn 1.0 soon
