Has anyone tried without Docker?

OS: Ubuntu 16.04 CUDA: 8.0 cudnn: 7.0.1 paddlepaddle whl: https://paddleci.ngrok.io/viewLog.html?buildId=35434&buildTypeId=Manylinux1_Cuda8cudnn7cp27cp27mu&tab=artifacts NOT USING DOCKER
I am trying to run infer using Baidu's 8k hours model, but I keep getting the following error:
