part_init() is currently called in every DM BLK driver, either
in its bind() or probe() method. However we can use the BLK
uclass driver's post_probe() method to do it automatically.

Update all DM BLK drivers to adopt this change.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from.  So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry.  Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents.  There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Since commit aa6ab905, sata_initialize returns -1 if init_sata or
scan_sata fails. But this return value becomes the do_sata return
value which is equivalent to CMD_RET_USAGE.

In case one issues 'sata init' and that the hardware fails to
initialize, there's no need to display the command usage. Instead
the command shoud just return the CMD_RET_FAILURE value.

Commit d97dc8a0 separated the non-command code into its own file
which caused variable sata_curr_device can not be set to a correct
value.

Before commit d97dc8a0, variable sata_curr_device can be set
correctly in sata_initialize().
After commit d97dc8a0, sata_initialize() is moved out to its own file.
Accordingly, variable sata_curr_device is removed from sata_initialize()
too. This caused sata_curr_device never gets a chance to be set properly
which prevent other commands from being executed.

This patch sets variable sata_curr_device properly.

At present the SATA command code includes both the command-processing code
and the core SATA functions and data structures.

Separate the latter into its own file, adding functions as needed to avoid
the command code accessing data structures directly.

With this commit:
- All CONFIG option are referenced from the non-command code
- The concept of a 'current SATA device' is confined to the command code

This will make it easier to convert this code to driver model.

There are a lot of unrelated files in common, including all of the commands.
Moving them into their own directory makes them easier to find and is more
logical.

Some commands include non-command code, such as cmd_scsi.c. This should be
sorted out at some point so that the function can be enabled with or without
the associated command.

Unfortunately, with m68k I get this error:

This will allow the implementation to make use of data in the block_dev
structure beyond the base device number. This will be useful so that eMMC
block devices can encompass the HW partition ID rather than treating this
out-of-band. Equally, the existence of the priv field is crying out for
this patch to exist.

log2 of the device block size serves as the shift value used to calculate
the block number to read in file systems when implementing avaiable block
sizes.
It is needed quite often in file systems thus it is pre-calculated and
stored in the block device descriptor.

Change all files in common/ to use CMD_RET_USAGE instead of calling
cmd_usage() directly. I'm not completely sure about this patch since
the code since impact is small (100 byte or so on ARM) and it might
need splitting into smaller patches. But for now here it is.

Change cmd_usage() let it return 1 - then we can replace all these

The hush shell dynamically allocates (and re-allocates) memory for the
argument strings in the "char *argv[]" argument vector passed to
commands.  Any code that modifies these pointers will cause serious
corruption of the malloc data structures and crash U-Boot, so make
sure the compiler can check that no such modifications are being done
by changing the code into "char * const argv[]".

This modification is the result of debugging a strange crash caused
after adding a new command, which used the following argument
processing code which has been working perfectly fine in all Unix
systems since version 6 - but not so in U-Boot:

The line marked "====>" will corrupt the malloc data structures and
usually cause U-Boot to crash when the next command gets executed by
the shell.  With the modification, the compiler will prevent this with
an
	error: increment of read-only location '*argv'

N.B.: The code above can be trivially rewritten like this:

The curr_device variable really should be namespaced with a "sata_" prefix
since it is only used by the sata code.  It also avoids random conflicts
with other pieces of code (like cmd_mmc):

Many of the help messages were not really helpful; for example, many
commands that take no arguments would not print a correct synopsis
line, but "No additional help available." which is not exactly wrong,
but not helpful either.

Commit ``Make "usage" messages more helpful.'' changed this
partially. But it also became clear that lots of "Usage" and "Help"
messages (fields "usage" and "help" in struct cmd_tbl_s respective)
were actually redundant.

This patch cleans this up - for example:

Rather than have the board code initialize SATA automatically during boot,
make the user manually run "sata init".  This brings the SATA subsystem in
line with common U-Boot policy.

Rather than having a dedicated weak function "is_sata_supported", people
can override sata_initialize() to do their weird board stuff.  Then they
can call the actual __sata_initialize().

move the cmd_sata.c from common/ to drivers/ata_piix.c,
the cmd_sata.c have some part of ata_piix controller drivers.
consolidate the driver to have better framework.

Bridge, ICH-5, ICH-6 and ICH-7. 

Implementation:

1. Code is divided in to two files. All functions, which are
   controller specific are kept in "drivers/ata_piix.c" file and
   functions, which are not controller specific, are kept in
   "common/cmd_sata.c" file.

2. Reading and Writing from the S-ATA drive is done using PIO method.

3. Driver can be configured for 48-bit addressing by defining macro
   CONFIG_LBA48, if this macro is not defined driver uses the 28-bit
   addressing.

4. S-ATA read function is hooked to the File system, commands like
   ext2ls and ext2load file can be used. This has been tested.

5. U-Boot command "SATA_init" is added, which initializes the S-ATA
   controller and identifies the S-ATA drives connected to it.

6. U-Boot command "sata" is added, which is used to read/write, print
   partition table and get info about the drives present. This I have
   implemented in same way as "ide" command is implemented in U-Boot.

7. This driver is for S-ATA in native mode.

8. This driver does not support the Native command queuing and
   Hot-plugging.
