efi_loader: efidebug.c function documentation

make htmldocs produces a warning:
./cmd/efidebug.c:733: WARNING: Unexpected indentation.
Correct the indentation.

Remove 'See above for details of sub-commands.' which is not helpful in the
Sphinx generated documentation.
