Rename buffer->inplace to buffer->separate_out with the inverted meaning,

        * pango/opentype/harfbuzz-buffer.[ch]: Rename buffer->inplace to
        buffer->separate_out with the inverted meaning, such that buffer
        is initialization is memset(0).
