+- Fix shaping with cluster-level > 0.
+- Fix Uniscribe backend font-size scaling.
+- Declare dependencies in harfbuzz.pc.
+  FreeType is not declared though, to avoid bugs in pkg-config
+  0.26 with recursive dependencies.
+- Slightly improved debug infrastructure.  More to come later.
+- Misc build fixes.
