This is a temporary fix to let lkdtm run again on s390, though it'll still fail the ro_after_init tests. Until rodata and ro_after_init sections can be split on s390, disable special handling of ro_after_init. Remove the file name from the comment at top of many files. In most cases the file name was wrong anyway, so it's rather pointless. Also unify the IBM copyright statement. We did have a lot of sightly different statements and wanted to change them one after another whenever a file gets touched. However that never happened. Instead people start to take the old/"wrong" statements to use as a template for new files. So unify all of them in one go. Signed-off-by: NHeiko Carstens <heiko.carstens@de.ibm.com>

NET_SKB_PAD has been increased from 32 to 64 and later to max(32, L1_CACHE_BYTES). This led to a 25% throughput decrease for streaming workloads accompanied by a 37% CPU cost increase on s390. Define a architecture specific NET_SKB_PAD with the old value of 32. Signed-off-by: NHorst Hartmann <horsth@linux.vnet.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: NMartin Schwidefsky <schwidefsky@de.ibm.com>

slab cache debugging code has been changed so that we always get a minimum alignment of the alignment of a 64-integer. Since this is 8 on s390/s390x there is no need of ARCH_KMALLOC_MINALIGN anymore. Add a read_mostly section and define __read_mostly to prevent cache line pollution due to writes for mostly read variables. In addition fix the incorrect alignment of the cache_line_aligned data section. s390 has a cacheline size of 256 bytes. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
