Add the Cisco Powertv cable settop box to the MIPS tree. This platform is based on a MIPS 24Kc processor with various devices integrated on the same ASIC. There are multiple models of this box, with differing configuration but the same kernel runs across the product line. MIPSsim probably doesn't have any sort of environment, but writing a zero in it kills even the compiled in command line. This prevents booting via NFS root. Signed-Off-By: NThiemo Seufer <ths@networkno.de> Signed-off-by: NRalf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
