Add PEC support to the lm90 driver. Only the ADM1032 chip supports it, and in a rather tricky way, which is why this patch comes with documentation reinforcements. At least, this demonstrates that the new PEC support logic in i2c-core can properly deal with chips with partial PEC support. As enabling PEC causes a significant performance drop, it can be disabled through a sysfs file (unsurprisingly named "pec"). Part 3: Move the drivers documentation, plus two general documentation files. Note that the patch "adds trailing whitespace", because it does move the files as-is, and some files happen to have trailing whitespace. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
