We have move irq enable to ->smp_finish. Place ->smp_finish() a little
late to prepare for move set_cpu_online() into start_secondary.
And it's not necessary to call cpu_set(cpu, cpu_callin_map) and
synchronise_count_slave() with irq enabled.

When building oprofile as a module for R10000 or R7000 class processors,
E9000 or MIPSxx class cores since 3572a2c3
[MIPS: make oprofile use cp0_perfcount_irq if it is set] an

ERROR: "cp0_compare_irq" [arch/mips/oprofile/oprofile.ko] undefined!

error will happen.  Fixed by exporting cp0_compare_irq.

Remove usage of the '__attribute__((alias("...")))' hack that aliased
to integer arrays containing micro-assembled instructions. This hack
breaks when building a microMIPS kernel. It also makes the code much
easier to understand.

Does block_sigmask() + tracehook_signal_handler();  called when
sigframe has been successfully built.  All architectures converted
to it; block_sigmask() itself is gone now (merged into this one).

I'm still not too happy with the signature, but that's a separate
story (IMO we need a structure that would contain signal number +
siginfo + k_sigaction, so that get_signal_to_deliver() would fill one,
signal_delivered(), handle_signal() and probably setup...frame() -
take one).

commit 97ce2c88 (jump-label: initialize
jump-label subsystem much earlier) breaks MIPS.  The jump_label_init()
call was moved before trap_init() which is where we initialize
flush_icache_range().

In order to be good citizens, we move cache initialization earlier so
that we don't jump through a null flush_icache_range function pointer
when doing the jump label initialization.

We always need to pass the last sample period to
perf_sample_data_init(), otherwise the event distribution will be
wrong. Thus, modifiyng the function interface with the required period
as argument. So basically a pattern like this:

        perf_sample_data_init(&data, ~0ULL);
        data.period = event->hw.last_period;

will now be like that:

        perf_sample_data_init(&data, ~0ULL, event->hw.last_period);

Avoids unininitialized data.period and simplifies code.

Same code. Use the generic version. The special Makefile treatment is
pointless anyway as init_task.o contains only data which is handled by
the linker script. So no point on being treated like head text.

Make the linker script align the task on THREAD_SIZE and not on
PAGE_SIZE, as PAGE_SIZE might be smaller than THREAD_SIZE.

As described in e6fa16ab ("signal: sigprocmask() should do
retarget_shared_pending()") the modification of current->blocked is
incorrect as we need to check whether the signal we're about to block
is pending in the shared queue.

Also, use the new helper function introduced in commit 5e6292c0
("signal: add block_sigmask() for adding sigmask to current->blocked")
which centralises the code for updating current->blocked after
successfully delivering a signal and reduces the amount of duplicate
code across architectures. In the past some architectures got this
code wrong, so using this helper function should stop that from
happening again.

This change is inspired by
  https://lkml.org/lkml/2012/4/16/14
which fixes the build warnings for arches that don't support
CONFIG_HAVE_ARCH_SECCOMP_FILTER.

In particular, there is no requirement for the return value of
secure_computing() to be checked unless the architecture supports
seccomp filter.  Instead of silencing the warnings with (void)
a new static inline is added to encode the expected behavior
in a compiler and human friendly way.
