This patch explicitly removes the kgdb implementation, for mips which
is intended to be followed by a patch that adds a kgdb implementation
for MIPS that makes use of the kgdb core in the kernel.

Here's a slightly cleaner way of creating the /proc structure for the
pnx8850.  mostly, it creates a directory with default mode 555, since the
one you're creating is mode 444, which is somewhat unusual for a directory
under /proc.

Bug: pnx8550 code creates directory but resets ->nlink to 1.

create_proc_entry() et al will correctly set ->nlink for you.
